When I try to track my order there are no available details?

You will receive a tracking email as soon as we despatch your parcel. If you haven’t received a tracking email, be sure to check your junk mailbox. Your parcel will not be available for viewing on the tracking page until it has arrived at your local post office for delivery. Please see our Shipping information for tracking. If you do not receive your parcel within 3 working days please contact us at sales@puremoda.com.au for assistance. For International Orders, your item will not be tracked unless you request this option upon checkout.

 

Where do I send returns?

Do you offer refunds?

Our store policy is that we do offer a refund on full priced goods if the item is faulty or does not fit. The item must be returned before a refund will be issued. For more information regarding refunds please see our returns policy.

 

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

All parcels are sent via Australia Post with express overnight shipping to metro cities around Australia free of charge. For all other locations, parcels should arrive within 3 working days. For International orders, delivery will depend on location. Please refer to our Shipping page for full details on shipping and deliveries.

 

Is it safe to purchase with a credit card on PureModa?

If you are visiting our online store from an International location, please check the top left hand corner of the website to see which currency you are viewing the pricing in.
