Shipping within Australia
Pure Moda offers FREE express delivery Australia-wide with no minimum spend. Items are shipped Express Post within 1-3 Business days through Australia Post. Packages usually arrive overnight if you are located in a metro city. For regional cities it can take up to 3 business days.
The tracking number for your purchases will be sent via email from PureModa.com.au. Once you have received your tracking number you may track your item through the Australia Post website. Please note that occasionally your tracking ID may not be visible on the Australia Post website until it reaches your local post office. Pure Moda will not be responsible for items that are not delivered or damaged in transit.

International Shipping Orders
PureModa.com.au provides a range of shipping options for International Orders.
Standard International shipping time frames are from 5-10 business days. The estimate delivery times are a guide only. Pure Moda will not be responsible for items that are not delivered or are damaged in transit.
If you would like your item delivered express, or via registered mail, Please select this option when proceeding with payment under shipping options.
International orders may be charged importing fees from customs on arrival into the country. We do not collect any taxes with your purchase and will not be responsible for the fees you may incurr.

Returning Your Purchase
Pure Moda will accept returns on any FULL PRICED items purchased within 28 days of receipt for a refund of those goods. We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them. Sale and discounted items cannot be refunded. No sale items will be accepted for return or refund for change of mind.
If you change your mind about the item (including the size or colour), the item returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. For example, shoes are to be returned along with the original shoebox. All items will be inspected on return.
Pure Moda will not be accountable for items returned until they have reached our office. Pure Moda will not be liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. To ensure your package does not get misplaced, we advise using a traceable delivery method.
Please note that Pure Moda will not refund you for the return postage fee. If the item is being returned due to a mistake from Pure Moda, please Contact Us to make another arrangement.
For any faulty goods you have received, please Contact Us immediately with your order details and if possible a photo of the faulty item. We can then arrangement to have the item returned and replaced or refunded.
Please notify us via the returns option through your account log in or with your order number and sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org before returning the package.
